Purpose: To ensure a responsible individual/admin user is able to bulk upload employees into a same pension scheme

Step by step guide:

Step 1: Log in to the Employer Dashboard. From the menu on the left-hand side, select Pension Scheme Management, then click Manage Employees.

Step 2 - Select all employees who wish to join the pension scheme, then click Save Changes to update their status.

Step 3 - Alternative Method - Bulk Upload via CSV. If you are adding multiple employees, create a CSV file containing the email addresses of all employees who wish to join the pension scheme. In the Manage Employees section, click Add Employees via CSV and upload the file.

Step 4 - On the upload screen, ensure that each CSV column is mapped to the correct field. Once you have confirmed the column mappings, click Next, then select Submit.

Step 5 - Allow a few moments for the file to upload. Once the upload is complete, a confirmation pop-up will appear in the top-right corner of the screen indicating that the upload was successful.

Step 6: Perform a random spot check to verify that the selected employees have been successfully added to the pension scheme.
