My email containing a magic link didn't arrive

Sometimes it can take a minute or two for the magic link email to arrive. Please wait a minute and then refresh your email system.

Things to check:

  • Did you use the right email to log in to Mintago?

  • Are you looking at the same inbox that is for that email?

  • Did the magic link get sent to spam? If so, reclassify it in your email system as not spam for the future.


The magic link doesn't work

Each magic link will only work once. If you have already used this magic link, please follow the instructions here to generate a new one.

If this is the first time you've tried to use the link but it doesn't work, please try generating a new one.

If that still doesn't work, please reach out to csm@mintago.com as your company may be blocking the magic links.
