To add new employees to the Financial Wellbeing Platform:

Navigate to 'View/Edit Employees'.

Add new employees through the 'Add new Employee' button, or if you have several to add, Download CSV, add the employees to the document and then select 'Upload CSV' from the homepage.

You only need to add new employees to the Financial Wellbeing Platform. Once a week, the platform then syncs so employees are automatically added to the Benefits App as well.

​If you want an employee added to the Benefits app immediately, you would manually have to add them to the benefits app portal here > Employees > Add new employee > input, Name and email address.

To remove leavers on the Financial Wellbeing Platform:

Navigate to 'View/Edit Employees' on the admin Portal for the Financial Wellness Platform.

Click on the employee and input the left date.

That will then signal to the system, to remove them from the platform on that date.
