Accessing the Mintago Platform
Steps
Go to the Mintago Financial Wellbeing platform at app.mintago.com. You can also download our app by searching Mintago in your app store.
Input the email address linked to your Mintago account (this is the email where you received your welcome email).
A magic link, or one time code, will be sent to your email.
Navigate to your email inbox and click the link.
Please note, the link will only work once. To sign in again later, you will need to repeat steps 1 and 2.
Notes
Always use the email address associated with your Mintago account.
Please ensure you are clicking on the most recent magic link. If you have un-subscribed from Mintago emails, you will not receive your magic link.
Your IT team may not have whitelisted the Mintago domain. Please re-share this link with your IT team if you are not receiving the magic link.
If the email isn't coming through, you may not be set up on the Mintago platform yet. Please speak to your HR team.
Please ensure you are using the email you have been registered on Mintago with.
FAQs
Q: I haven't received my magic link. A: Your IT team might not have whitelisted the Mintago domain. Please re-share this link with your IT team . Please also check your spam or junk folder in case the email has ended up there.
Q: My magic link is sending me around in circles. A: Please ensure you are clicking on the most recent magic link. To ensure this, please delete all magic link emails from your inbox and start the process again from app.mintago.com. Please also ensure you are signing in with the same email you received your activation email to.
Q: The platform is not recognising my email address. A: Please ensure you are attempting to access the platform with the exact email address that is linked to your Mintago account.
Q: When trying to open my app, its bringing up an error message "App Disabled - Contact your employer for more information". A: You are trying to access our old Mintago app which was discontinued in December 2025, please download the new app with white icon.
